On My Bookshelf ….. The Mindfulness Colouring Diary

This will be a new series of posts that will pop up from time to time, usually when I'm running low on new books to review.

This isn't a review as such but more like a mention, as the books on my bookshelf aren't new ones.





So you're probably wondering why I have a diary on my bookshelf? 
Well, the reason is that it isn't really a diary but a book of days. That means that the dates don't have days assigned to them so you can use it year after year. Some people write in it in pencil and rub that out at the end of year and reuse it.
I'm not doing that. Instead I write in all those important dates that reoccur every year - birthdays, anniversaries, celebrations, etc.

Add in to that the bonus of pages to colour and it's a match made in heaven!
The book is pocket sized and has spare pages at the back for notes and trying out pens. The images cover a huge range as you can see in the video below.
It's so useful and really cheap to buy too.
